Lena Glikson
Lena grew up in Russia, where she received a broad music education specializing in classical music theory. She started as a piano player and then got interested in singing pop and jazz, which brought her victories in many national and international vocal competitions and lead roles in original musicals. She earned a BM degree in Film Scoring from Berklee College of Music. As a student, she was one of the composers who wrote an original score for the silent film Nosferatu, which was performed live by the Boston Pops orchestra. Right after graduation, she moved to Los Angeles, where she entered the world of music editing working with the composer Rolfe Kent and his music editor Nick South. In her free time, Lena finds joy and relaxation alternating playing Chopin with kickboxing.
